Month of the Military Child

April is the Month of the Military Child and the WI National Guard Child and Youth Program is once again celebrating Wisconsin’s Military Children by offering Military Child Hero Packets!

If you have a Military Child Hero in your life and would like to request a packet for them, please fill out the attached request form and return it to the email or mailing address below.

Please note that the deadline is the 31st of March and because we need to order supplies based on the number of requests, we will not accept request forms after that deadline date.
