Youth Camp Update

Youth Camp 2010 is this weekend, 30 July – 1 August, 2010

Due to unforeseen circumstances, most of the registered campers, volunteers and support personnel will not receive the usual pre-camp mailing before camp this weekend. Here is how you can review that information on-line.

Volunteer Letter

Please review the Volunteer Letter to review what is being sent via snail mail.

Volunteer Assignments will be communicated via e-mail or telephone call by close of business 28 July. If you do not receive an e-mail/phone call, please call 1-800-292-9464 to confirm your assignment for the weekend.

Registration Times:

Volunteers / Support Personnel: 1 – 4 pm     Bldg 475 Volk Field

Note: If you are bringing a camper with you, you may register the camper(s) at the same time. Youth activities will be planned from 1 – 4 pm.

Camper Registration: 3:30 – 4:30 pm    Bldg 475 Volk Field

Camp Welcome – 4:45 pm on the ball field

Packing List: The packing list information for adults and youth that is sent via snail mail can be found on this website under the “Youth Program” tab – review the 2010 Youth Camp Handbook.
